Lisa Toran, NP

Willicia “Lisa” Toran is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving children, adolescents, and adults. A lifelong resident of North Harris County, Lisa brings over 15 years of clinical experience across diverse settings including renal health, correctional nursing, critical/urgent trauma care, occupational health, and school nursing.

Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning, beginning with a Vocational Nursing Certificate from Houston Community College, followed by an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Lone Star College, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas, and culminating in a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on psychiatry.

Her focus and dedication are grounded in a passion for holistic care, community upliftment, and mental health advocacy.
